After more than 10 years of roaming and working all over the world, animated by the enthusiasm of new places but always knowing we will eventually come back home, we considered the end of 2015 the time has come to return home. Once back, after working all types of wierd hours, we discovered that craving for breakfast does not care for a clock, so we decided to hit the ground running with a Bistro centered around Breakfast – the most important meal of the day!
Armed with unique tastes and dishes from all over the world, looking for the right container to highlight them, the initial name started to slowly fade away, starting with all the locations we considered fit but were always told were better suited for office space. So, when we came about our final location, the bistro could have no other name but ‘La Birou’ (at the office)!
This is how the adventure of our lifes began, with a small bistro, on a quiet little street in Brașov’s old town. Here, our delicious dishes are prepared daily from the freshest ingredients and every week we prepare a little something special, off-menu, so come back not just for the taste enchanted your senses but also for the culinary surprises you never even knew you craved.
